UPDATE: Wanted Suspect Turns Himself In on Warrant to CCSO
The suspect mentioned in the release below (Dyne) turned himself in today to Warrant deputies at our Green Cove Springs headquarters. Warrants personnel credit the media exposure and social media exposure (on air and on-line/Facebook) with his inability to hide-out any further in the community which lead to today’s booking.
Dyne is being booked now in the Clay County Jail on the Lewd Battery charge/warrant and additional charges related to eluding arrest are pending. His new booking photo should be available within the hour at www.claysheriff.com (P2C, Jail Info page).
Thank you for your assistance,

CCSO Seeks Suspect As "Most Wanted" After Eluding Arrest
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office is seeking information about the location of 22-year-old Stephen C. Dyne, a man wanted on an active warrant for Lewd Battery who eluded arrest last week. The lewd battery was committed against a teenage girl in Spring 2013.
Please find attached the reports that detail how Dyne fled from CCSO members when they attempted to serve the warrant and also a list of his extensive criminal history. Dyne now faces additional charges for eluding arrest. The existing Lewd Battery warrant carries a $50,000 bond.
Anyone with information about Dyne’s current location is asked to contact the CCSO at 904-264-6512. He was last seen in the Middleburg area of Clay County.
