Public Records For information and assistance regarding making a public record request, contact the CCSO Records Unit at 213-6090 or stop by the Records Unit office located in our Green Cove Springs building. Standard requests for arrest and incident reports are handled by personnel there Monday through Friday during normal business hours. In addition, the Clay County Sheriff's Office employs a Public Information Coordinator who can also answer questions regarding what documents are public record and provide guidance regarding the process and fees affiliated with public records requests. That office can be contacted at 213-6009. Public records requests can be made verbally or in writing. Members of the Clay County Sheriff's Office adhere to the guidelines put forth in Ch.119 of Florida State Statute which govern public records. |
